How do you replace it? I was able to take it out, but the shaft snapped inside the collar. How do I get it out of the collar?

Your trying to get the lock cylinder out? Here's how, the steering wheel must be pulled, then push the unlock pin in and pull cylinder out...if you broke a piece off, try pushing the pin in and grabbing the piece with needlenose pliers....or a magnet.
