truck shakes at 40 mph

i have a 2000 f-150 i recently went mudding in and now that i drive it it starts bouncing really bad at about 40 mph and idles funny when stopped. i hosed off everything very good and it still does this can anyone help me?

Sounds like your U-joints are shot.

it only does it when i hit the gas...when i let off it stops
