Rear springs

HOW DO I DETERMINE IF I NEED REARCHING OR HELPER SPRINGS ON THE REAR OF MY 91 F-150?

if your truck is sitting level without a load on it,then it must have been worked hard in its life. you could have the springs re-arched, i would have a couple extra leafs added. it may be cheaper to swap those sissy springs out with some that came from an F-250. 1000 pounds should set your truck a little below level.
