My overdrive is not working in my 01 v8 4.6 l ford f-150. Could it be something simple?
The transmission is shifting fine (not "hard shifting), when i try and turn the overdrive on or off the control switch does nothing (does not light up)...is just something with the control switch? Or a sensor? Ever since the control switch stopped working i began using more fuel (i believe it is not going into 5th gear).
