I have a F-150 V8 5.4L with 126,000 miles. When accelerating at low speeds my truck will hesitate and shutter. I recently replaced the spark plugs and while doing so found oil and bad corosion on one of the spark plugs. After replacing the spark plugs the shuttering go worse and more constant. What could be causing this and what is allowing oil to get to the spark plugs?
