2005 Ford F150 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

have 2005 f-150 triton motor has miss on #3 cylinder new plugs &coil pack no help what else could it be valves or head gasket runs good at about 70mph

Have you checked compression to that cylender? Also, are you getting power to the coil pack? Finally, if you have spark, have you checked the injector to see if it is pulsing?
