2005 Ford F150 clicking noise from engine

ever since i had my oil and filter changed i am hearing a clicking noise that seems to be coming from the engine every now and then. my engine light has not come on but i am concerned that some thing may have happened at the oil change. what do you think?

Hows the oil pressure? I've heard of poor quality gas causing this.? I had a tiny crack in an EGR valve tube that created a "clicking" sound under acceleration. Eventually opened up into a large leak, throwing an error code, which pin pointed this problem.
