2004 Ford F150 will not start

stater selonoid is good, battery is good, stater is not engaging wen the key is turned but wen grounded by the selonoid the starter works. could it be a relay? or an ignition switch?

On the starter relay short out the small terminal label S to the battery terminal on it coming from the battery did the starter engage the engine if so-check the transmission range switch and ignition switch

wen the key is turned it makes a click sound from the fuse box on the passenger side, everything else works fine wen u short the selonoid it engages fine and turns over, but by doin tht it doesnt have a good enough current to start, so im guessing the igniton switch?
