2004 Ford F150 could it be a fuse

i had a flywheel replaced . when i picked the truck up the man tells me the message center reads trans fault .i left his place and the truck wasnt shifting right i took it back to him he checked it out said there were 2 fuses blown. he replaced them .got truck back the next day now when i crank it up engine light is on . speedometer doesnt work and when i put in drive and get 1500 rpms it tugs and overdrive llight flashes and wrench symble appears .also beltminder doesnt work .and the doors dont lock like they once did when vehicle is moving. what could it be ??????
