2004 Ford F150 Anti-lock brakes sytem

I just replaced the brakes and rotors on my 2004 F150 (2wd). Now the anti-lock break system has started kicking in and then the anti-lock break light comes on. Can you tell why this is happening? I have changed breaks on other cars many times and have never experienced this. Thanks
