Hey, guys just wanted to know if you could help. From 45 mph & up if I'm going up a hill I can feel a misfire. Sometimes at a stop light I can feel a rough idle and sometimes it doesn't. I changed the plugs, fuel filter and cleaned the air filter. Is there anything else I can do before I take it to Ford to have it looked at?

does your check engine light come on? does your truck have plug wires or is it coil over plug?

My check engine light came on only once, last summer and it was the O2 sensor. I took it back to the dealership that I bought it from and I guess they fixed it; they did something to get the light off. I have coil over plugs not. I know very little about vehicles so it is difficult to find and check anything.
