I am trying to figure out what is wrong with my air conditioning. It only blows warm air. The Air compressor comes one (clutch is a little noisy). The line from the condensor or evaporator coil (the one in front of the radiator) turns white when I put the air on. The that line is cold as can be. As soon as I turn off the air the line goes back to normal. Is this normal for the line to freeze up? Could this be a blower issue?

It means there is moisture in the system, you need to replace the reciver drier, and the orifice tube, then evacute the system for an hour or so, then recharge it...

Thanks for the answer. How do you evacuate the system?

Take it in to an A/C service shop, they can recapture the old gas as required by law...and also fill er up, and put in the ne orifice tube and Reciever drier.
