I just had my fuel system cleaned and replaced my fuel filter at Jiffy Lube today,but my truck is still hesitating what else should I do to fix the problem???

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked for vacuum leaks and has the fuel pressure been checked?

There has been no check engine light,I went ahead yesterday and changed out the spark plugs but now it is running rough with no check engine light,im not sure if it is a bad cop or what???One of the spark plugs i changed out had some stuff melted on the porcline of the spark plug.

I did check for vaccum leaks and found none and I did not check the pressure for the fuel lines.

Did you replace the plug wires? If you found something melted on the porcelain, something tells me the you have a bad plug wire. Also, did you properly gap the plugs? Finally, I would recommend replacing the cap and rotor too.
