I thought at first that my F150 had water in the gas. I changed the fuel filter and put heet in the tank. It did not help and has continually been getting worse. The truck will be running fine and then stop firing for a short period. Then the truck will start running again like nothing was wrong. The periods that it quits have been lasting longer and more often lately. It is to the point that I am not sure I am going to make it to my destination.
