Slight vibration increases as speed increases. At 60 mph it vibrates violently. I shift into neutral and vibration is still there. So, not the engine, right? Based on the mileage, I replaced lower ball joints, upper control arms(with ball joints), rotors, brake pads, wheel bearings and shocks. Symptoms still occurring. What else should I consider? And how do I test for...?

Rear wheels? Check the driveshaft, u-joints and bolts. Also could need balancing for the tires.

Yep, I have seen water inside one of the tires do this as well, I would have all four tires balanced. This guide can help as well
