Truck will turn over but will NOT start
I acts as if it has run out of gas
I change the Fuel Filter and Fuel Pump Relay
When I had the fuel line off the filter on the tank side I try to start the engine to see if gas would flow
I try several times but no gas came out
Is this a clear indication that the Fuel Pump is bad?
