I just recently bought a pre-owned 2001 supercrew f150, and ever since I had it I notice that not only my truck but alot of other trucks the same as mine have a similar squeak in the front end when either turning the wheel or driving over speed bumps. What is that and what is it from?

Usually from the ball joints. If you notice, there arent any grease fittings.I have carefully drilled into the center of the bottom of them and installed fittings.

Will the ball joints eventually give out and cause a problem from that noise?

Lack of lubrication is what will cause the failure and is causing the noise. So, yes eventually they will fail
