2000 Ford F150 Engine swap completed, will not start

4.2L engine, donor was a 99 model auto, installed into a 2000 manual.
I will not run.
No power to the ignition...

This sounds like you left either a ground wire off, or didn't hook power back up?

Thanks for your comment, both of them were check and in order, any other ideas?

Check the fusible links, and the mega fuse on distribution box...there are 3 of these links, located on the engine, near the battery...At battery junction box fuse 111 check 40amp maxi it controls ignition switch battery feed, run and start positions...

thanks, we got it running.
they reset the computer; and start right up.
