1999 Ford F150 starter engages after running

the starter on my truck al of a sudden started to engine after the truck was running for a while if you put it in gear it stops also the abs light comes on and sometimes the daytime running lights come on after the truck is shut off all so the heater blower moter stays on after ignition is off and key removed
it just starteddoing this after a real cold night

I have the same truck with the same problem. ive tried everything from the starter to new ignition switch .im thinking its the solenoid or relay whatever its called .. the one on the firewall near the battery. if you figure out the prob before i do email me brent.l.lang@gmail.com
as for the heater and lights and stuff .. im not sure what that is ive heard that the windshield could have leaked on the Generic Electronic Module GEM sensor which is located behind the fusepanel on the drivers side interior,but who knows so good luck and if any luck mail me so i can fix my truck too thanx
