Issue - 1. when turning my truck on, the engine idles high at times. 2. during driving, every time i give it gas, it is hesitating badly, rpms will stay on 1 or 2 and then the more gas i give it will kick in and then when I release the gas, it will go back to hesitation.
This is what I have done lately - change the fuel filter, PCV hoses, all spark plugs, coil 1 and 3, Mass air flow, o2 sensor, fuel injector cleaner.
EVERY SINGLE TIME THAT I GET THESE FIXED, THE SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT GOES AWAY AND THE TRUCK WILL RUN FINE, THEN 2 WEEKS LATER THE ENGINE LIGHT WILL COME BACK ON AND THE SAME ENGINE WILL ARISE.
So I am looking for answers. I have not taken my truck in for the Control Cruise switch issue yet, and the odometer lights will show the mileage at times and then not - so could this be a computer issue. Will the computer cause my truck to act up? Please help.
