Has the check engine light ever come back on? Have you checked fuel pump pressure and for vacuum leaks?

Let me know.

If the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned. Most parts stores will do it for free. As far as the fuel pressure, most parts stores will lend or rent the gauge to you. The only thing you can do with vacuum lines is start looking for cracked, dryrotted, disconnected... Some people use carb cleaner and spray it on the hoses. If there is a leak, the RPM's will go up. I don't like doing it because there is a risk of the fluid hitting something hot enough to catch fire.
