Transmission problem
1999 Ford F-150 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

Transmission kept down shifting. One mechanic says replace transmission. Another says replace fuel pump - that's the issue. It it possible for the fuel pump to cause transmission to shift premmaturely?
