1998 Ford F-150 windows\4wheel indicator

One day all was working next day the electric windows wouldn't work, 4 high indicator won't come on. Front shaft locks but hub doesn't lock. Dome lamp won't come on. Wipers don't work, light under engine hood doesn't work. Checked all fuses, all good.1 diode in power distribution box bad, replaced. Can't find breaker for this circut. According to manual these are on the same circut. Also checked fusible link, good.
there are 4 fuse panels that I know of. Under dash, drivers side under hood (3)1 next to firewall by battery.
