1998 Ford F-150 Wind noise around door/window

Its start as only alittle wind noise around the drivers window but 2 days later it became much worse and now this noise is coming from both passenger and driver door/window its so bad it sounds like the door arent shut all the way or the window isnt up all the way HELP!
windows are power & door ajar lite comes on intermintently

Your best bet is to check the door slam plates and lock adjustments. If a door ajar light is coming on, the door may be shut, but not closed far enough into the frame to close the switch circuit. Feel the door and body gaps, they should be flush, Have the hinges dropped? Is the door riding up over the slam plate to close? Have a look at these things first.
