My truck will run perfect for about 10 minutes but then it will begin to randomly stall when coming to a stop. The truck lurches and feels like it is under load when it stalls, the same as a manual transmission would feel if you stopped at a red light in 2nd gear without pressing the clutch. I can downshift the transmission to low and it still stalls. I drove the truck at a constant 55mph and lightly applied the brake while keeping the speed at 55mph and the rpm jumped approx. 100rpm and then returned to normal when the brake was released, I was told that would tell me if the torque converter was engaging and disengaging properly. Any help in pointing me in the right dirction would be greatly appreciated.
