1998 Ford F150 Shakes

A few days ago my truck started to shake when the engine hits a certian RPM..I have hooked it up to the diagnists it came back with no code the check engine light is not on or nothing like that. I have checked my air filter but it still continues to shake I am just looking for advise on what else I should check..
