1998 Ford F-150 front end noise

On my truck lately when breaking hard I have felt a vibration and wobble. Notice now a squeaking noise when turning or going over bump at slow speed. Seems to be coming from drivers side, front end.

I would really be checking into the ball joints being at issue due to the symptoms you described.

If your ball joints have grease fittings then there is a collar around them and if it is flat or concave past the surface about the collar they are worn.

If you dont have those wear indicators you have to unload the ball joints and then wiggle the tire and look for play.
