1998 Ford F150 Front disk dragging

When I got home from work my right front brake disk was hot. Obviously from the caliper dragging, not releasing. This morning I drove to work and it was fine, not hot when I got to work. Is there a likely culprit other than replacing the caliper ?
The calipers/rotors were replaced about a year ago.
