1997 Ford F150 my 4.2 engine having problem up to 30 mph

hello and thx for reading my post,anyways my truck has a problem with accelerating from 0 up to 30 mph after 30mph thing seem to smooth out and performance is greatly increased the engine was rebuilt about four years ago at 85000 mi.and has not had a problem since my transmission started to slip took to trans shop and had soft rebuild still have low power at 0 to 30 Please Help!!!

is the transmission starting out in first gear? is it starting out in second gear? does it feel jerky, like a engine skip?

the truck is starting out in first gear but is hesitant about takingoff and does not pull well until about 30 mph consistently sry it took so long to reply it does not seem to jerk at all it is just real slow to build up revs when first taking off does not matter if it is hot or cold
since my last post i took unit to dealer for recall work not engine related i asked them to diagnose problem and they came back with bad fuel pump clogged fuel filter and all bad injectors i have replaced all and cleaned out fuel tank, did not notice hardly any debris,but anyway problem still exists i have tested brake booster,egr valve and engine vacuum am holding at -15 lbs at idle and 0 at full bore please help am running out of options here i was told to check o2 sensors and dtpfe? sensor on egr pipe thx again keith
