can not remove rotors ! do I need to remove spindle nut?

No you shouldn't have to remove the spindle nut. If they have been on there a while they may have some rust build up and you will need to tap on it with a hammer.

heat up the center and try to tap roudn it with a hammer, if it doesnt loosen you may have to remove the locking spanner nut.

can you get a picture of the rotor?
