1997 Ford F150 Engine Idles Rough at Start Up

When I first crank my F-150, it idles really rough for about 30 sec. It feels like a plug is missing. But then it adjusts, the rpm's drop slightly and it smooths right out. If the engine is warm, this doesn't happen. Any ideas?
