I have a 97 ford f150 with about 130,000 miles. It has the 4.6 V8.
For some reason after it warms up it starts to idle rough, plus going going down the highway it will run fine then get rough and if I let my foot off the gas pedal in a few seconds it smooths out.
Also when I first start it up in the morning it makes a tick tick tick sound and goes away shortly after. The motor has plenty of power and pickup otherwise.
