My 96 ford wont start, i came out of work one day and it just wouldnt start, its got spark, im leaning towards it not getting any fuel, i have been told to check the emergency fuel shut off switch behind the kicker panel, my question is where is the stupid switch and what does it look like, i took off the kicker panel on both the passenger and driver side but i dont know what im looking for, please help me
