I am buying this truck from my mother-in-law, it has sat for 2 years. It had a supposed "clutch" problem, but that was quickly fixed. My problem is that we put a new battery in it, it ran but had a brake problem. We fixed that just to turn around and now it dosent want to turn over. i think its the starter. I wanted a secon opinion before I start taking thing apart.
