would like to do a complete tune up on my truck. It is running fine just wanted to tune it up and see if it would help the gas mileage. What all do you recommend.

You should do them one cylinder at the time replace spark plug and then the wire
this way you don’t confuse the firing order
check gas cap and tire pressure too
