1995 Ford F150 oil pressure gage moving

before i change the oil seens to be fine stable gage no moving at all,i had the oil change new fillter,and lucas oil stab......the old oil was very bad .now my gage is moving back and for ,i hear a noise maybe from the lifters.

Hi there,

Check the oil pressure with mechanical gauge, get the readings cold idle, hot idle and hot @1500 RPM, post the readings here for an evaluation.
