I cannot get my hood open. I had dropped it to shut it after changing a couple of radiator hoses, but it didn't sound right when it fell. And when I tried to pull the release in the cab, it didn't move. It didn't help to push the lever next to the grill, either. It's like it stuck between the safety catch position and the normal catch position. It won't budge. What can I do?
