Engine Performance problem
1995 Ford F150 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I TURN MY TRUCK ON, DRIVE ABOUT 35 MILES TO WHERE I AM GOING; NO PROBLEM, HOWEVER WHEN I AM DRIVING THIS SAME DISTANCE BACK HOME; MY TRUCK JUST DIES ON ME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET;SOME SAY ITS MY ALTERNATOR. WHAT DO YOU THINK IS WRONG?
