1995 Ford F150 Alternator
Electrical problem
1995 Ford F150 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic
The alternator I put on this truck is one from Auto zone.I know its good, but it's not sending any voltage back to the battery. I need to know where the current goes after it leave the alternator. One picture shows it going to the ammeter, and then to the battery. It also squeals. If I can bypass the ammeter I will, but I don't want to ruin the new alternator I just put on

Well if the alternator is squeeling then it is no good so take it back and warranty it. You do not have an amp meter you have a volt meter and so with that it will not stop the alternator from charging. So first take the alternator back and warranty it and then if it still don't work get back to me and I will look up the wiring diagram and see what may be happening.
