Engine Mechanical problem
1993 Ford F150 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Received the above vehicle for free and it has been sitting for an undetermined amount of time. 3-5 years. Owner apparently took good care of it before dying. Wife did nothing. Replaced battery; pulled spark plugs and squirted Marvel mystery oil in each hole but when tried to start, it seems to be "locked" up. Starter tries to turn but it gets one good "burst" and then nothing.

Remove the spark plugs
and put the marvel oil in each cylinder like u did
leave it over night
remove belts
try to crank by hand
place a socket at the crank pulley center bolt and use a long ratchet
try and turn the engine at least 3 times
and then try it by using the starter
if all spins OK
install the spark plugs and try starting
belts to go on last
and before belts go on check all the pulley
if u can not spin the engine suspect internal engine failure
start by checking the timing chain
good luck
