I just bought this truck last week from a man that has been in araqi so the truck has sat for 2 years unstarted.I took the fuel tanks off and they were full of rust so I bought a new one and a new fuel pump. Now the only way to get it to run is spray ether in the throttle body and then it dont run good or long. Hope someone can help

That truck probably has a second pump mounted on the frame. The one in the tank is just a feeder pump.
Make sure the filters are replaced too.

I wouldn't be jumping to those conclusions. The first thing you want to do is read the fuel pressure at the rail.

I pulled the return lin off and had the truck running and no fuel came out, and I pressed the shrader valve and there was fuel going to the injecters, and there is no other fuel pump on the frame

None of that means anything. You need to know the exact fuel pressure before going any further.

You don't have enough fuel pressure.

Key On Engine Off 50 - 60 psi
Key On Engine Running 45 - 60 psi
