1991 Ford F150 No power to door locks or windows

I had no power to either door locks, but the windows did, so I took drivers door off to investigate. I hooked the plugs back up now I have no power to anything on either door but everything else in the truck works? I have been checking for 12 volts to plug pins but have nothing? The speakers do work though. The main plug to the door has no power?
