1991 Ford F150 NO FUEL

Hi let me say before hand that I have replaced the fuel pump, relay, run several electrical tests, even considered burning this thing. I drove to work and was able to start it 2 times during the day. When I was ready to go Home it wouldn't start and it still will not. I have several suggestions such as Fuel filter, wrong, pump makes No noise even though its new! Some inertia? switch under the dash which sounds like you would have to pull the whole interior to accomplish. And buying another junker to fix this one. I am at a loss and hope someone here can tell me in lay mans terms what if anything I can do.

PS It has EFI!
