start up problem fuel pumps run, spark plugs are firing?

fuel injected motor, fuel pumps run, spark plugs are firing. The motor will not start. What do i need to do?

check for fuel pressure at the fuel rail and injector pulse at the injectors.

Will it run so starting fluid? if not you may have a timing chain that has broken. Or if you are checking for spark at the coil you may have a bad coil to the distributor wire or the ignition rotor is bad. Please go over this video, it should help
