Engine Performance problem
1990 Ford F150 V8 Four Wheel Drive Manual

Just wondering how hard it is to change the oil pan, oil sender/pump, timing belt cover, rear main seal on motor, valve covers and intake manifolds (top and bottom)... I got quoted 12 hours and $1200 for just the first three.
