P/U truck has been sitting in garage for 3-4 years. Installed new battery, inadvertantly crossed cables when hooking up. Thick green wire coming from starter smoked pretty good. Battery still has plenty of juice. Truck had 1/4 tank of old gas...put in a gal of new gas. Won't start. How can I tell if I've fried something or if it might just be the old gas? thx.
