Electrical problem

My older model f150 will not turn over.
This is what I know.
-I can get it to turn over and start when i cross the solenoid, even with the clutch not in gauged. (Normally the clutch would of had to be in gauged.)
-It has a slow drain on the battery
-I've replaced the solenoid, battery and starter recently, I don't believe these to be the causes.
