brand new battery. It turns over but won't start. Suspected fuel pump problem. Have pounded the fuel tanks with rubber hammer - but was afraid too pound too hard - to no avail. There is no noise or smell from standing by the truck near the gas tanks. It's been sitting for some time with out starting it.
