when i drive my ford f 150 with 4.9 inline 300 6 3.5 miles to town shut off engine then come out five to 10 min later then it acts like iits flooded and i have to push gas to floor then it finaly starts then it smokes and runs rough then after a bit it clears up is thie problem the fuel pressure regulator ????
