Previous owner thinks a fuel cylanoid is bad. The truck will not start - it turns over though. They have a windex spray bottle with a rubber line entering the engine - if you spray gas through the bottle, the truck will start. Where should I start, after I check the fuel/filters?

First check your fuel shut off switch, and secondly make sure there is gas in the tank, if those are good check for 12v at the fuel pump connector, let me know what you find.

I would still like you to check for 12v at each fuel pump or disconnec the fuel line at the fuel filter and see if gas poors out or not.

In that case I think you should be checking injector pulse, since it seems that you are getting ample pressure.
